Robomart is an extremely ambitious startup with the vision of giving consumers anything they need - instantaneously. Ops team members are the backbone of our operations, and are responsible for ensuring that this promise gets delivered.

About the role

You’ll have an opportunity to be a part of a team that is revolutionizing retail by creating a new way to shop and work at the ground level for a game changing service in its early stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations on the ground at our restocking station in West Hollywood

• Work collaboratively with our merchant partner and their staff at the station

• Draft, update and follow best-in-class standard operating procedures

• Ensure proper merchandising of products and upkeep of robomart fleet

• Coordinate with the tech team to solve operational bottlenecks

• Supervise fleet operators/drivers, manage shift rotations, and conduct training

Requirements

• Experience working in operations or retail

• Strong leadership skills

• Ambitious, relentless attitude to execute

Preferred

• Managerial experience of leading and growing an ops team

• Experience of building or scaling a high growth startup

• Extreme passion for delivery, logistics and retail
