About the role
You’ll have an opportunity to be a part of a team that is revolutionizing retail by creating a new way to shop and work at the ground level for a game changing service in its early stages.
Responsibilities
Manage operations on the ground at our restocking station in West Hollywood
Work collaboratively with our merchant partner and their staff at the station
Draft, update and follow best-in-class standard operating procedures
Ensure proper merchandising of products and upkeep of robomart fleet
Coordinate with the tech team to solve operational bottlenecks
Supervise fleet operators/drivers, manage shift rotations, and conduct training
Requirements
Experience working in operations or retail
Strong leadership skills
Ambitious, relentless attitude to execute
Preferred
Managerial experience of leading and growing an ops team
Experience of building or scaling a high growth startup
Extreme passion for delivery, logistics and retail
